Rachael Matthews is an intuitive, Florida based, 200hr RYT with a background in teaching martial arts and dance. She studied and became certified to teach at Amrit Yoga Institute, an Ashram located in the heart of the Ocala National Forest. She's a trained Flexologist at Stretchlab. Passionate about sharing these transformative self care practices with as many people as possible, she created her business Yoga On Your Time; which is a private yoga business dedicated to help students create a solid at home practice routine that is taylored to their individual needs, goals and schedule.
